More than two months following the coronavirus-related shutdowns that shook Washington state’s beer world, businesses are starting to reopen, county by county, operating within the state-mandated guidelines. It’s part of the much-discussed Phase 2 of the state’s reopening plan and it includes brewery taprooms, brewpubs, taverns, bars, and restaurants.
